This is a Gordon Ramsay recipe from „make it easy”.
Serves 2:
50 g butter
+ a little bit to grease
2 tsp cocoa powder
50 g bitter chocolate (70% cocoa solids or more)
1 egg
1 egg-yolk
50 g brown sugar
50 g flour
I butter two ramekins and dust with cocoa powder. Melted the chocolate and butter over hot water and then left to cool for 10 minutes. Heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. I whisked the whole egg, the egg-yolk and the sugar with an electric whisk. Sifted the flour overt the eggs and gently fold in. Then I infused it to the chocolate mixture. Divided it 2 parts into the ramekins and baked for 12 minutes. (Maybe 160 degrees is not enough, it became too liquid but really delicious.)
